9-11- (doors open at 8.55am) - Beginners, white belts with a red stripe, red belts with a white stripe, Blue, Red belts, Yellow belts
11.30-2.30 - (doors open at 11.30am) Green belts Purple belts- Brown belts +Black belts Adults

Club closures
Every half term we offer additional free training totaling 53 lessons a year.
We close for just 6 weeks each year to give ourselves chance to recharge and come up with new training ideas!
