9-10.30 (doors open at 8.55am) - Beginners, white belts with a red stripe, red belts with a white stripe, Blue, Red. Yellow belts
11.00-12.30 - (doors open at 10.55am), Green belts, Purple belts, Brown belts, All Adults

Club closures
Every half term we offer additional free training totalling 53 lessons a year.
We close for just 6 weeks each year to give ourselves chance to recharge and come up with new training ideas!
