Payments

Our payment POlicy

We aim to be super fair with our payment policy and aim to offer competitively priced fees for all our members. 

Our payment below that new members agree to is listed below:

Automatic payments save us time and help keep costs lower, but we know some people might worry about over paying.

We will refund up to 2 months of over payments by standing order and 2 months of Paypal payments should you stop training (hopefully you will not!) and accidentally keep paying.

We will refund back to the point you email us to confirm that you or your child has stopped training.

It is important you email us as we keep a place for you (and potentially turn away new members) until it is confirmed you have stopped training.

 

August training - our fees are based on 12 equal payments. This accounts for 6 weeks of club closures by ourselves and holiday taken by our members. To compensate for the club closure, all members can train for a second night for free during any half term and for four weeks in the summer holiday. For these reasons, we do not accept a payment break in August.

Rescheduled lessons or changes to lessons

We aim to have uninterrupted lessons, but sometimes elements can be outside of our control, such as a cancellation by our venue provider or extreme snow!

We will aim to provide alternative lessons, which may be training outside (in the snow!) or at nearby venue or possibly on a different night.

If a lesson is cancelled, members may attend on an alternative night, e.g. they could train on Tuesday and Wednesday the following week with no extra charge. Unfortunately, due to the extra provision we provide, we are unable to offer this arrangement for our nurture classes.

In these situations, when an alternative venue is provided, we do not offer refunds.
